Cream Cheese Mints
  • 2lbs powdered sugar
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. peppermint oil (or to taste)
  • food coloring as desired

Put in a plastic bag along with flavoring and color.  Knead and mol until dissolved and mixed together.  Roll into small ball, dip in sugar and press into mold.  Turn out onto waxed paper to dry or can be frozen for storage.
